Error: CMN.ATO.AUTH.001 – The agent number used with your ABN or credential is not related.
Usually, it indicates that LodgeiT cannot connect to the ATO and check the lodgment. You can read the error reason in the form or the dashboard.
The client you transmitted is not associated with the agent number you supplied and cannot be authorised. In such case, you should either associate the clients with your agent number or just click Mark as processed if you are sure the lodgment was processed and you don't want to see the error.
If you are a Non-agent, just choose Practice Type as Business Entity via Gear Wheel > Profile.
