Question: How to cancel sent e-signature?
Answer: 1st Option: The form with "Out to Sign" status means that the form sent for esign to your client.
To cancel it, just open the form and press the lock button, and you may update the form.
2nd Option: Open the tax form and then in the lower right side, please click "Resent e-signature request" button.
Then click the "Cancel Request" button the cancel the sent request for client e-signature.
