Usually LodgeiT doesn't have issues with message delivery, however there is a chance that it's considered as spam so the email could get got to Junk/spam email folder or even blocked by the provider based on their spam check filters. See below step on how to remove LodgeiT via Spam

If client cannot receive the email, you could send them the link directly to sign the document, it can be found in the E-Sign dialog (please see below it's marked with red). Just click it and it will be copied.

How to remove LodgeiT via "Spam/Junk"

  • Open your Hotmail/Outlook account and go to the Junk Email folder in the left sidebar.
  • Find the email from the sender you want to remove from junk.
  • Right-click the email and select “Not Junk” or “Mark as not junk”. This will move the email to your Inbox and mark the sender as safe.
  • If you want to ensure future emails from this sender don’t go to Junk:
    • Go to Settings (gear icon at the top right) > View all Outlook settings.
    • Select Mail > Junk email.
    • In the Safe senders and domains section, add the sender’s email address to your safe list.
