Prompt: A client with the same ABN or TFN exists

Notes: If a client with the same First Name, Last Name, and Email already exists in LodgeiT, the system will not create a duplicate.

Guidance:

 Check for Duplicate Clients in LodgeiT

Navigate to the Clients section in LodgeiT.

Use the search bar to look for the client by name, Director ID, TFN, phone or by email. Via "Clients" and "Archived" tab. 


If duplicates are found:

Archive the duplicate client: LodgeiT does not allow deleting clients, but you can archive them. Refer to this guide: Archive or Delete Client.
