Also, we suggest, to switch your Email Outbound settings in LodgeiT https://go.lodgeit.net.au/settings/email to use your Google or Microsoft mailbox to send emails. Thus, they will be able to see all emails were sent and receive undelivered notifications directly in their mailbox, as well as there must not be issues with SPAM.
