Question: I have got a client who do not have a first name as per ATO prefill. Whereas the LodgeiT, it do not let me create a client contact without a first name.
Solution: This is an issue on ATO side with receiving ITR forms whereas it's allowed to have an empty first name on ATO portal. As a workaround, in this case, the client may leave part of their name in the family name field and part in the first name.
Option1
First name: Anna
Last name: Minda
Option 2
Try to set both first name and last name the same as Anna Minda
If it will not help, we'll send the request to ATO for them to investigate it.
