Question: The ledger does not contain additional transactions that I have entered into the Xero file, even if I refresh the import. The Workpaper balance does agree to the Xero account balance
Answer: Unfortunately, we have some limitations in regards to syncing a ledger. It updates only if a user clicks refresh financials from Workappers page. It’s quite a heavy operation, so it might take some time and might not be reflected immediately. Also, it’s not recommended to refresh it too often, as we can reach 'QuickBooks Online'/XERO API call limits.
