Once a document signed by a client you will receive a notification through your email with an attached document.

Additionally, you can add a common practice email to receive a copy of all e-sign notifications.

Select the Gear Wheel to open firm-level controls, then select Notifications

Then add the email addresses to whom copies of signed documents should be emailed automatically once the client signs.

On all dashboards you can hover mouse on e-sign status to see who has already signed a document.
