Once a document signed by a client you will receive a notification through your email with an attached document.

Additionally, you can add a common practice email to receive a copy of all e-sign notifications.

Select the Gear Wheel to open firm-level controls, then select "Settings"

Press "E-sign"

Review, tick and assign whatever is relevant for your firm



ie, add email addresses in which copies of signed documents are to be sent automatically via email once the customer signs.

On all dashboards you can hover mouse on e-sign status to see who has already signed a document.
