Note that, the system picks up the first attempt date in sending the E-Signature request. Even if the agent re-sent the esign request, the "Dashboard" will still show the date it was first sent.

The agent can refer to the "Audit Trail" to see the complete history of the engagements.

Below example shows that the form was sent for e-signature on 6 Oct, and Dashboard > Form Status stated "Oct 6". But then, via "Audit Trail" , the last update is 18 October.
