NOTE: If you wanted to show or include the "tax agent signature" in the printed pdf copy of the tax form, then just ensure to tick check the option "Include tax agent signature" among the "Print form?" options. However, if you wanted to have both the tax agent signature and the client signature in the pdf print copy, then you need to ensure to tick check "Include tax agent signature" during the time when to send the request for e-signature to the tax form signatory.
And option to choose either "Complete" or "Summary" view -
