Please try the following steps:


- Open go.lodgeit.net.au in your browser.
- Press F12 to open Developer Tools and go to the Application tab.
- On the left side, under the Storage section, you’ll see several groups. Please open each of them and clear the data, as shown in the screenshot below (it’s okay if some groups cannot be opened or cleared).
Don’t worry—this will not affect any data on the server. It only clears local data stored in your browser.
After that, please reload the page and try logging in again.
