"Contact Details"

For Individual entity -

For Company, Partnership, SMSF, Trust, and Partnership.

Note that Primary Contact/Signatory is the person who receives, signs the tax return and used as a contact in tax payer's declaration on tax form. Learn more

For FOREIGN addresses State and Postcode are not required on tax forms (also not required to fill under Settings>Contact details). ATO requirement is that postcode is  maximum 4 characters long. Workaround for this kind of issue is to left empty the said fields (State and Postcode) and add this either Line 1 or 2.

Use this section to store contact details of bank managers and other relevant business contacts.

"Tax Returns" 

Is a feature where you can decide for tax returns details and controls, whether for the Tax Agent or the Clients'. Learn more

This section is ise for bank account (for ATO refunds) and company type details.

For tax agents, adding your bank details here will allow you to default your bank details onto client forms. 

Client Verification
