This guide explains how to efficiently sort and manage large volumes of lodgement files in the "Waiting" list within LodgeiT, especially helpful when handling 50-60 or more tax return lodgements.
- Navigate to the Dashboard from the upper right corner of the interface. Hover over or click on the Work or Forms section to display lodgement files categorised by status, including those marked “Waiting.”
- Locate the column header labeled Client in the list of "Waiting" lodgement files.
- Next to the Sort By header under Archived column, click the small arrow icon to toggle the sorting order.
The files will be reordered instantly, making it easier to find specific clients without scanning the entire list.
Additional Sorting Options
Similarly, you can sort by other columns such as Period or Due Date by clicking the arrow icons beside those headers.
Use sorting combined with filtering (if available) to narrow down the list further for faster processing.
