ie, template for Individual Tax Return.

NOTE: If in the e-signature dialog, the rendered text don't show first name or last name, instead it shows {{FirstName}} and {{LastName}} tags. Please note that it will be filled with Recipient Name in the backend when the email is sending, so your client will receive the correctly rendered email with the name, not with tags. (You can try to send an email to yourself or dummy email to test it.)

How to cancel E-Signature?

No need to unlock the form or "Financial Reports/Statement", there is a "Cancel Request" button on the E-signature request dialog.

Once the E-signature cancelled, the Form/"Financial Reports/Statement" will be switched to "Out To Sign"
