We don't allow delete/removing a client as it may compromise a user's system.
You can just ARCHIVE your client.
Please note that you should have an access to archive a client. Activate the "Add/edit client and group" and "Delete clients and groups". Learn more from this guide - Team Access
Two ways to Archive the client
Option 1
Search the client via top left.
From the client's dashboard, go to "Settings" > "General", then press the button "Archive"
Option 2
Go to "CLIENTS" via top right
Search the client
Tick the box next to the client you want to delete.
How to see the list of the Archived client?
Select "CLIENTS"
Click "Archived" Tab
Click the arrow if you want to make your client in Active mode again.
Note:
- Please note that the tax forms of an Archive Client cannot be seen in LodgeiT, unless you click "Restore from archive" button to make the client active again, so that you can view the tax forms.
- When the mapping (Client Sync) is set between LodgeiT and 'QuickBooks Online' entity and user archives client in LodgeiT then the related entity will be archived in 'QuickBooks Online' as well.
