The user can remove/delete a form as long as the status is NOT yet "Lodged".

In this article:

A. Delete from "Dashboard"

Navigate via "Dashboard"

Press the "x" to delete


  • Form status under "New" - "Error" can be deleted on the user's end. 
  • Form that has been "Lodged"our tech team can delete via back end.

B. Delete from the Client's "Form" 

Search the client 

And remove the form

No Access to Remove a Client

If you do not have access to "Remove" the form, it means your "Team Admin"  restricted you. You may ask them to activate. Guide here
