To download "Signed" copy of the form, click the 3 dots and select "Download Signed copy"
Also, best to check the following:
1. Set up and customise the notification feature:, via Gear wheel > Settings > Esign
Make sure to tick the box of "Attach signed document copy to email notification"
Note that this will be applied to ALL clients that you'll be sending an Esign

2. Auto saves the Signed Tax form in the client's "Files"
If you want to have a signed form automatically save via your clients "Files"
Make sure to tick "Save signed copy" when sending esignature request.
