In order to import your financials data from Software Assistant you must export your Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports into one Excel file.
Table of Contents
- Go to Software Assistant and open your client's General Ledger.
- Click Reports button on the main toolbar.
- Select both Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet report in Print dialog, click OK.
- In the Preview window click Export Report > select Excel files (*.XLS) in Save as type dropdown and click Save.
- In LodgeiT select a client you want to import financials for.
- Go to Financials and select Software Assistant from the list.
- Select exported Excel file from your device and click Upload.
In order to refresh financials repeat actions described above.
