Why is there a difference between the imported figures in LodgeiT and QuickBooks BAS?
Answer:
'QuickBooks Online' has a function whereby if a bill or invoice or in case of cash BAS, payment or receipt is entered BEFORE the start of the BAS reporting timeframe, the system brings the BAS values forward in time to be reported in the BAS.
In such a case the 'QuickBooks Online' BAS will be different to the values sent to LodgeiT which are the values purely for the BAS timeframe.
If users want to use LodgeiT autofill service, they must also use our BAS Recon tools at year end and resolve BAS differences by those means.
