LodgeiT makes your lodging tax return simple with just 6 steps to get started:

1. Sign up to use LodgeiT

2. Prepare your Fringe Benefit using  LodgeiT Excel Workbook/Template

3. Register for a MyGovID if you don't have one

4. Connect LodgeiT to the Australian Tax Office

5. Import your "LodgeiT Excel Workbook/Template" file and let LodgeiT auto-fill your tax forms with accurate reportable values.

6. Lodge your tax return!



The Basic:

Before adding any form, navigate to client "Settings" and fill important details for the client. This can avoid form errors.

Settings --->General 

Settings ---> Contact Details 

Settings ---> Tax

Then you can proceed adding a form.

Select "Year".

"Lodgement Date" can be change as required.

User can manually fill the tax form or use the "Import" feature.

"Business Details" will be automatically populated with facts stored in Client "Settings" or details from the import


"Name of the person to contact" - in the case of the "Agent" select Agent.

Make sure that you've set up Agent's information via the upper right (Gear leaver > Settings), LodgeiT will populate details from there.


If you prefer "Client" as contact person.

Make sure that you've set up Client "Settings", LodgeiT will populate information stored from there.


Fill "Calculation Details" Tab.

Use LodgeiT Excel Workbook/Template  and import your excel file and let LodgeiT auto-fill your tax forms with accurate reportable values.


Click "Validate" to check if there is any field that needs to fill, then select "Complete" if form is ready.


It will notify you if the form has error or form is Valid.
