Activity Statement missing "Tabs".


LodgeiT communicates with ATO via ATO services API and in this particular case on prefill ATO returns empty document with no sections.

Such issue rarely but occurs in ATO. To fix this the ATO will re- issue a new form which can be successfully prefilled  and lodged.

Please contact ATO by phone for further instructions, and/or use ATO portal to lodge this form.

If this does not resolve the issue, we will escalate the matter to the ATO technical team for further investigation. Please note that resolution or correspondence may take approximately one to two weeks. 

Please provide the following:

For Advisors (Tax Agent)
1. Date of lodgement
2. Printscreen of ATO form status 
3. Advisor’s TAN and ABN.
4. Client’s TFN/ABN


For Business Owners 
1. Date of lodgement
2. Printscreen of ATO form status 
3. ABN and TFN.
