Illustration: Pulled the Activity Statement, but the June2025 is not showing via Form Dashboard.

Guidance: Please check Client "Settings > General" < Branch Number

The Branch number in the ATO portal and in LodgeiT should always be the same. If not, the user won't be able to pull the AS forms and won't be able to lodge. Once a user changes a client's branch code, all previously lodged activity statements will remain in LodgeiT and new ones. Also, the future activity statements will be harvested with the new branch code.
