Error: CMN.ATO.IITR.EM0013 Surname does not match ATO records.

Example 1
Update client "Settings" via LodgeiT . Make sure details are match exactly with the ATO portal client details.
Example 2
The validation error "CMN.ATO.IITR.EM0013" says "Surname does not match ATO records".
Due to client settings and tax return data the details of this entity are following:
- First name: Abi
- Last name: Raul
However due to ATO services the client details are:
- No first name
- Last name: ABI RAUL
Please see following suggestions how to resolve the issue:
- If the client's first name is Abit and last name is Raul it's necessary to update data on ATO, then lodge the form.
- Else, if the client has no first name but has only last name, please unlock the form, set both first name and last name the same as ABI RAUL, then re-open the form and lodge.
