Error: The Accounting system connection is invalid. Please renew it automatically synchronize contacts.
Solution: connection to Xero, QBO or MYOB must be reconnected.
To resolve the issue, please let the user follow the instructions:
- Navigate to "settings => connection" page by clicking "Renew" link from notification.
- Remove the existing connection, because for some reason it became invalid.
- Connect the QBO again on the same page.
- Check the users you want to synchronize. All existing clients mapping will be keep and will not be deleted.
