Error: The Accounting system connection is invalid. Please renew it automatically synchronize contacts.

Solution: connection to Xero, QBO or MYOB must be reconnected.

To resolve the issue, please let the user follow the instructions:

  1. Navigate to "settings => connection" page by clicking "Renew" link from notification.
  2. Remove the existing connection, because for some reason it became invalid.
  3. Connect the QBO again on the same page.
  4. Check the users you want to synchronize. All existing clients mapping will be keep and will not be deleted.
