Solution:
1. Open the Company tax return form
2. Select the tab "Company" , then press "Yes" for the question "Has the name changed since the last CTR return lodged?"
3. Once the button has been press, this is how it looks like (see below)
CMN.ATO.CTR.428019 Previous name without either ARBN or ACN
