Go to "Income > Trust> section and click the name of the Trust to open the trust worksheet.


Please check all the trust worksheets and delete the zero digit input in the line item "Franked distributions from trusts":


Note: In case there are trust worksheets which has no data and not needed in the tax form, please delete it also by clicking the trash bin icon on the right side of the worksheet. See below sample image for your reference:
In case issue still persists, please send us the following below:
1. URL of the tax form (Related guide: Form URL).
2. Pdf copy of the whole tax form.(Related guide:  How to Print/Download the Form).
       Note: Please select Complete during download of the pdf.
