For illustration, below image shows a Foreign income tax offset amount as source of amount flowing to Label in the beneficiary schedule. Assumption is that there is an overall trust loss of $800.
To resolve the error, go to Beneficiaries section and open the Beneficiary Schedule.
Scroll down and remove the amount inputted in the Distributed column under Label I-Foreign income tax (remove the 50 amount per example below).
The beneficiary schedule should be like per image below. There should be no input under Label I-Foreign income tax line item for all the beneficiary schedules in the tax form to resolve the error.
