Guidance: 

Please check the ATO portal if this client is there as your client.

Select "Whose Business I can access"


 

Also make sure your Lodgeit account is linked to a correct TAN account by checking if ABN in your Profile is same with the ABN in ATO Access Manager.  
LodgeiT Profile/Details should be exactly what you have in the ATO, ie the ABN, TAN.
Check if the Firm/Agent is the registered Tax Agent, of the said client.
