Solution 1. Go to "Business > Personal Services Income (PSI) section". If the answer to "Label P1, Q" is YES, then, you need to fill-up at least one field with zero or positive amount (see below image in yellow color under Part B).
Solution 2. If the answer to "Label P1, Q" is NO, then error will not show anymore. In case you need to show Part B, just ensure to click YES in the first question "Did you receive personal services income in this income year?"
