1. Please try to connect in "Incognito" browser mode, in Google Chrome browser it can be opened by hotkey combination "Ctrl" "Shift" "N" 

2. Once in incognito mode, please sign in to LodgeiT

 3. Select the required organisation > click "Connect to QBO" > you will be redirected to QBO page > Sign in to QBO > select the required QBO file to connect.

If it won't help, please contact QBO support team as the error occurs on their side, they should advise the reason why it occurs and probably will fix the QBO file.
