SBR.GEN.AUTH.008 - Your nomination with the online (cloud) software provider does not contain the correct Software.
Ensure you have a MyGovID prior to attempting this.
Please do as follows -
a. Go to gear wheel - >Software ID. Copy it.
b. Go to ATO Access Manager. Check that the Software ID is the same.
If error persist, check the following:
Click the Gear wheel and select "Profile". Double check the details to make sure identification are match with the your ATO details.
