Error: CMN.ATO.AS.EM0001 - Lodfement failed
Guidance: This is an ATO validation/error.
Reasons:
A. The issue could occurs because of delay in interaction to ATO services - as sometimes response from ATO takes long time, but actually ATO received and accepted lodgment request. Please check the portal, if the form status is "Lodged", please "mark form as lodged" via LodgeiT. Learn more here
B. The ATO restrict creating amendment for this BAS.
We have 2 options here:
1. You may contact ATO by phone, and ask their advise on this matter. Probably you will create the amendment manually and we can lodge it then. (This is the recommended)
2. LodgeiT team will create the case on ATO portal, this will take 2 weeks.
Please provide us the following:
- TFN
- Name
- ABN
- Agent details (TAN, ABN, etc)
- Lodgment identifier (from audit trail) + date of failed lodgment (see below)
