As per ATO validation code details, you cannot use use Trust Assestment Code 45 or 145 in the Beneficiary Schedule as the "Trust Assessment Code", if the "Type of Trust is "C - Special disability trust" (in Page 1), otherwise please use other Trust Assessment Code, as applicable.

Inside the each beneficiary schedule/worksheet via "Beneficiaries > Beneficiaries" tab, please try to use code 30 or 35 or the applicable "Trust Assessment Code" to successfully validate the trust form.
