1. Client Receipt of Official NOA
LodgeiT provides ATO data via secure SBR protocols, equivalent to the official NOA. Tax agents have no legal obligation to forward the ATO-issued NOA, as clients access it directly via myGov/ATO portal.
2. NOA Storage in LodgeiT
Access the Outcome of Assessment (OOA) by revisiting the lodged return in the Lodged section of Forms dashboard.
3. Email Security
Clients receive a secure SSL link (not clear-text document) for NOA access, ensuring encryption.
4. Automatic NOA Delivery
System auto-sends only matching assessments; variances trigger manual review workflow.
5. Agent Notifications
No email alerts; status visible directly on the form dashboard.
6. ATO Assessment Automation
LodgeiT auto-compares ATO outcomes to estimates—no phone app needed. Await official NOA for client delivery.
