The availability of the ITR – Individual Tax Return form depends on your Practice Type configuration.
Confirm that the Practice Type is set to Tax Agent.
The system only enables the ITR form for practices registered as Tax Agents.
Tip: Review your Practice Type settings under your practice configuration or administration area.
2. Check the Client’s Entity Type
Ensure that the client you are preparing the return for has the correct Entity Type.
Set the Entity Type to Individual.
The ITR form will not appear for entities set to Company, Trust, or Partnership.
