Answer: MLS is 0$ because Number of days not liable for surcharge is 365. It should be less than number of days in year.
Also, please check if both ITRs include spouses? if taxable income is less than $39,402 then Medicare levy is reduced to $0. Both ITRs’ income is less than this amount.
