ProAdvisor subscription Disconnected

Downgrade

The subscription was automatically deactivated and downgraded because someone has reconnected to another QuickBooks Online file, read more here.

Multiple QuickBooks Online Account

Please note that in order to keep the ProAdvisor subscription in LodgeiT, the LodgeiT organisation must always be connected to QuickBooks Online Accountant QBOA company with which the subscription was activated


Open your ProAdvisor page and then check the QBOA Company ID to confirm, also the QBOA account should have the same email in your LodgeiT main profile.

Scroll to Linked Accounts and click Sign In with Intuit

 

 

Then try to activate ProAdvisor subscription again.


QuickBooks Online Account Already in use by another organisation

Please note that in order to keep the ProAdvisor subscription in LodgeiT, the LodgeiT organisation must always be connected to QBOA company with which the subscription was activated.

Don't forget to tick "Install for your firm"


Please try to check you're connected to the correct QBOA company. Maybe you have another one? I'd suggest to open your ProAdvisor page and then check their QBOA Company ID. Here is the guide how to find it.

3. ABN of your firm

Email Address or USER already exist in LodgeiT

"Johnny Doe" already exist in LodgeiT, but you don't have an access to it. you must ask your colleagues to send you an invitation."

  • A multiple account/organisation created and connected to a QBOA Company ID can be a reason.Check your QBOA account.
  • Make sure to use your "existing" email (the one that you have via QuickBooks Online)

Deactivated connection

 User received that message because their QuickBooks Online Accountant QBOA connection in LodgeiT either becomes invalid or someone disconnects it. Refer to this guide

Expired connection

Account under ProAdvisor but Xero Financials

In order to keep the ProAdvisor subscription active, the user has to keep their account be connected to QuickBooks Online (QBOA) file which is eligible for free subscription. 

If the agent importing their financials from Xero, the only way to do it is to connect to Xero, and then import financials, and then reconnect it back QBOA to keep their subscription active.
