Try the following - 

  1. Check if the MYOB organisation is for cloud usage
  2. Check if the MYOB organisation is active and not expired or trail
  3. Try to remove the connection in LodgeiT first, then re-connect
  4. Try to sign in to MYOB organisation in LodgeiT with my.MYOB account
  5. Try to sign in to MYOB organisation in LodgeiT with Username / Password
