Question: My teammate does not have access when she tries to connect the QuickBooks
Error: "You do not have permission to access the resource"
Solution: In order to connect the client to external accounting system user should have the permission to edit clients. Please let any administrator of this intermediary to grant specific permissions to that team member, via Gear wheel > Team
Select the name of the team member and tick "Allow to access Client Sync"
