You have cancelled the subscription instead of pressing the "Renew" button, if this is the case, ask LodgeiT support to fix on the back end.
Then, once fixed, press "Renew" button. Please check this guide
If it is cancelled by mistake, please review and confirm the following:
A. Check whether you have two accounts, it is possible that you are accessing an incorrect LodgeiT Dashboard/Account.
B. Verify with your QBOA account representative as the code may have been used by another advisor.
"The Subscription plan has already been used and no longer available to subscribe or renew"
