Billing page: Pro Advisor Subscription

First, make sure that you redeem  Free annual LodgeiT subscription from QuickBooks

Then, you have activated the Pro Advisor Subscription, confirm it via top right of your LodgeiT interface, click "Gear wheel" and select "Billing"
