Q: Why am I not able to sign into my account?
A: It happened because you have different emails in LodgeiT and QBO. Thus, LodgeiT didn't link your accounts automatically. In order to make it work you should sign in into LodgeiT using an email address was used on sign up, go to account settings https://go.lodgeit.net.au/account and link the Intuit account there.
