Make sure to follow the Sign-up process

NOTE - The Company, Trust or Partnership that you use as to sign-up with becomes your MASTER entity and will always be accessible via Gear Wheel.

If you want to lodge any of your other entities i.e. you have two companies, then use the plus button / add client.

NOTE- You'll be adding your second entity as a client of the first entity added. (This is because the system was originally designed for accountants). 

For the second entity added as a client, navigate back to Software ID**.

**User must select LodgeiT as software provider for each client.

Follow the instruction. Be sure to access ATO Access Manager for the second entity.

Repeat this process for third, fourth to nth entities you wish to lodge for.




Possible reasons of failure:


1. You are attempting to connect the wrong entities. i.e. the ABN & in the case of tax agents & BAS agents, the TFN or BAN is not associated with the ATO AUSkey that you use to connect to the ATO Access Manager.

2. Do you have multiple Auskey? this maybe a sign that you entered different or wrong Auskey.

Solution: Check the Auskey related to what entity. You must put the ABN and TAN in LodgeiT exactly as related to your Auskey.

Click the Gear wheel and select "Settings". Double check the details to make sure identification are match with the Auskey.

2. If you only have 1 Auskey - Look inside the Lodgeit via Gear wheel, make sure ABN is exactly the same as the ABN that associated with the Auskey.
