What’s the process for cancelling a sent e-signature?

The form  with "Out to Sign" status means that the form sent for esign to your client.

Cancel a sent e-signature request

To cancel it, just open the form and press "Unlock" button located at the bottom page of the tax form.


Updating the E-Signature recipient on a sent form

If you need to send the form to a different email address or recipient, simply open the form and click on 'Resend e-signature"



Choose from the dropdown arrow and select "Send to someone else", and fill the email manually
