Question: The "Closing Franking balance" does not update after entering credit amounts
Answer: Update it via "Franking Accounts" via LodgeiT "Tools'
Please go to Tools > Franking Account.
Check the Opening Balance is correct. Click Add
Upon clicking the Add, fill in the details just like below snip, then click "Save".
Balance should automatically inject to the tax form
