This "Trust Account Consent Authority" inside the Individual Tax Returns, is a declaration to be completed if the tax payer requests the deduct fee from refund option and there is a refund due for the taxpayer. The tax agent is authorized to collect the refund and to use any information pertaining to fee from refund.
Navigate via the Client "Settings", select "Tax Returns" and activate "Fee from Refund"
Once activated, the declaration will be added to the printed version for the client to sign.
