Question: Contact details via "Settings>Contact details" is not auto fill via tax forms

Answer: We have updated the ITR form prefill. Now, we do not automatically fill out the phone and email fields on the form, so the agent needs to fill it out manually. 

In addition, please note that when an agent creates a new form, it is a carried forward/rollover from previous year's form (it will display on the new form the email and phone from the previous year).

Please also be informed that when agent creates a new client, the system uses the agent's contact details for a client on forms by default, please pay attention to it and change that if necessary.
