In order to keep the QuickBooks ProAdvisor subscription in Lodgeit, your Lodgeit organisation must always be connected to QuickBooks
Navigate to Gear wheel > Profile, your QuickBooks Accountant company should be in sync with your Lodgeit Account. 

Don't forget to tick "Install for your firm"
