Scenario: User unaware of free lodgements entitlement

Information to Request from User:

  1. Date they became a ProAdvisor

Note: If they purchased LodgeiT lodgements before ProAdvisor activation, they are not eligible for a refund. (see below “ProAdvisor Refund Eligibility for LodgeiT Purchases” for more information.)

  1. ProAdvisor Tier (e.g., Silver, Gold, Platinum)
  2. QuickBooks Company ID
  3. LodgeiT “Billing”, showing how many lodgement left 7 used.
  4. LodgeiT “Invoice”

 

ProAdvisor Refund Eligibility for LodgeiT Purchases:

  • If the user purchased LodgeiT lodgements before activating their ProAdvisor status, they are not eligible for a refund.
    Example: The LodgeiT subscription was purchased in January 2025, but ProAdvisor status was only obtained in October 2025   therefore, no refund applies.
  • If the user purchased LodgeiT lodgements after becoming a ProAdvisor, it’s likely they were unaware of the free lodgements offer and may be eligible for a refund.
    Example: Purchased LodgeiT in May2025 and became a ProAdvisor in January2025 → Eligible to request a refund.

 

Full refund (within 30days)

  1. Within 30-days (if beyond 30days, Ask Andrew)
  2. We will refund ALL invoice amount

 

Partial refund (Outside of usual 30-day term, check with Andrew)

  1. Outside of usual 30-day term, check with Andrew 
  2. We will only refund the remaining/unused Lodgement.


Note: 

  • In order to keep the ProAdvisor subscription active the user has to keep their account be connected to QBOA file which is eligible for free subscription.
  • Lodgement and Esign are refundable, NOT the Legal Documents
