Go to page 1 (Superfund tab) and select Yes in the line item question "Is this the first required return for a newly registered SMSF?". After doing this, the 259 amount should show in the line item "Supervisory levy adjustment for new funds" in the Tax Calculation tab.
In the "Tax Calculation" tab, it will show in Label N.
